Beth Mathews

Beth and her family started attending SouthBrook in 1995. Beth and her husband Mike will tell you that after many years of not attending church they came back to church for their kids, Sammy and Brian. Like so many others, hearing Charlie speak felt like he was talking directly to them. It was eye opening realizing it's not about religion, but about your relationship with Jesus Christ. Having their lives transformed fired up a passion to do whatever they could to support the mission of SouthBrook so that others could experience the same. For Beth, her path included volunteering on multiple teams and eventually being asked to join SouthBrook's staff. Over the years she's served in many different roles from children's ministry to events to connections to guest services and now City Lights. Beth loves celebrating people, planning parties, confetti, chocolate chip cookies, reading a good book and lake life.
