Admin:
- Create a community
- Oversee ALL activity, users, etc for ALL communities at once
- Delete any user for any reason
- Send prayer
- Assign any role to anyone
Community Leader:
- Only able to see users, reports, prayers and roles for their City
- Assign roles (city leaders or prayer leaders)
- Send prayer
Prayer Leader:
- Can view prayers for the community they are assigned
Default:
- This is just a normal user, no web portal access
